Very cool! Kinda reminds me of Little Nemo. Whale sharks are beautiful too! I got to see some in Osaka, Japan at the Kayukan Aquarium. I've had a dream similar of seeing whales in the sky .
The whale sharks here in the Ga. Aquarium fly over your head in this big glass tunnel underneath the aquarium... you really get a feel for how big they are. It's breathtaking!
It's pretty similar in Osaka as well. They're two of them and they're in this massive tank that you can see from every floor as you descend down further and further in a big spiral. Whale sharks are fantastic creatures! Did they perhaps have any manta rays there in the Gorgia Aquarium? I know they had one at the Kayukan. I'd love to visit the Gorgia aquarium one of these days. Perhaps on my next trip down to FL if I drive I'll have to make a stop there to see it.
you would LOVE the ga aquarium. The amount of ocean life in the main tank is staggering. [link] they have live video of the tanks at the site, take a peek. I would love to visit Osaka and see the aquarium one day!
I'll have to post some pics here on DA from my trip. I've got a few vids from the aquarium on my FB page. Feel free to friend me there and you'll be able to check them out.
